What is the difference between a support package and a development package?
A support package generally keeps your Uniflo as it was when you purchased it where as a development package enhances your Uniflo. You may use a support package to integrate your Uniflo with another system (premium) or change the way an existing feature works (standard) but generally if you want to enhance or advance your Uniflo you will need a development package. Development packages include access to the Uniflo product roadmap and community.
What can I do if there is a feature I need?
If you are aware of the feature before you purchase your Uniflo chat with the sales team and get a quotation. If you need the feature after your Uniflo is installed you can purchase a development package and use your dedicated hours to add the feature.
Is there a minimum committment period for packages?
No . All support and development packages are month to month and you can cancel at any time.
Is there a feature roadmap for Uniflo?
Yes. The feature roadmap is accessible for development package subscribers.
Do I have to buy a support package?
No. You do not need a support or development package to run your Uniflo.
